This project is a testament to our ability to transform spaces. Nestled above the marsh grasses on the western side of scenic Saquatucket Harbor, this renovation project takes full advantage of its surrounding environment. It faces east and overlooks the old Andrews River, a small tidal stream on the south side of Cape Cod in Harwich. What was once a summer cottage has been transformed into a cozy home, maintaining the simplicity that remains a visual hallmark of this somewhat minimalist but undeniably cozy home style.
